Eric Pfeiffer

Eric Pfeiffer is currently an Inspector of Police overseeing the Administration Bureau. Eric was elected to the board in 2016. One of Eric’s goals when he was elected was to increase the benefit for the membership to $9,000, which occurred in 2017. He continues to look for opportunities to grow the MPRA fund and increase the benefits for the membership. Eric is honored to work on the behalf of the current and retired membership of the Milwaukee Police Department and their families in their time of need.

David Feldmeier

David Feldmeier was first elected to the MPRA board in 2019. He is the second youngest of nine children. He was raised in Waukesha and has lived most of his adult life in Milwaukee. He has two adult children. Currently an Inspector in the Patrol Bureau, David has completed 25 years of service with the Milwaukee Police Department. He has been a patrol officer, a boat operator on Harbor Patrol, a tactical operator and team leader on SWAT, an investigator and supervisor at Internal Affairs. He is a certified LESB instructor in Unified Tactics and an instructor for Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety. David has a Degree in Psychology and holds the professional designation of Certified Public Manager through the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a high school wrestling coach and four-time Ironman triathlete.

Craig Sarnow

Craig Sarnow is an Assistant Chief of Police who oversees the Administration Bureau of the Milwaukee Police Department. He was elected to the Police Relief Association board of directors in 2020 and served in position of Director until becoming the Secretary of the association in 2023.

Raymond Bratchett

Captain Raymond Bratchett was born and raised in Milwaukee and began his career with the Milwaukee Police Department in 2008. He was assigned to District Four, where he focused on community engagement and proactive strategies to reduce crime within the district. In 2014, he was promoted to Police Sergeant and assigned to District Seven. In 2018, he was assigned to the newly created Special Investigations Division. In 2020, he was promoted to Police Lieutenant and returned to District 4 to lead the late and early shifts at that location. In 2022, he was promoted to Captain of Police and returned to the Special Investigations Division as its commander. In May 2022, Captain Brachett was assigned as the commander of District Three.

Mark Krowski
Director- Active
Mark Krowski has been a director on the MPRA board since 2023. Mark is currently a Police Lieutenant in the Office of Management, Analysis, and Planning and has completed 20 years of service with the Milwaukee Police Department. Mark has previously served on the Community Partnership Units as both a supervisor and police officer in both Districts 2 and 6. Mark has a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Mark is honored and looking forward to working with both current and retired members of the Milwaukee Police Department while assigned to the MPRA.
